On August 1st 2015 Emirates Airlines launched its third daily service from Birmingham International airport in the Midlands of the UK to Dubai. Flight code EK41 will travel daily from Birmingham out to Dubai and back again. The early morning flight scheduled just after 7am is yet another feather in the cap for the busy Birmingham Airport. This new daily service
from Dubai will use a Boeing 777 300 ER aircraft and contain 3 classes. Yep the aircraft will cater for 3 classes, first class will consist of 8 private suites there will also be 42 business class seats and 310 economy seats on each flight. The flight will also be able to take up to 25 tonnes of cargo. This new flight will see an additional 7 flights per week arriving from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Birmingham airport is one of the busiest in the UK and has excellent business links across the Midland region. Also as a booming tourist destination Emirates Airline expect this flight to be popular. The people of the Midlands will benefit greatly from this new flight with more options for them to catch international flights from the main Emirates Hub in Dubai.
Another great feather in the cap for Emirates Airlines out of Birmingham airport is the fact that they are the first airline to offer first class out of the region. The luxurious first class suites are available on every flight and offer a spot of pure luxury for travelers willing to pay that extra money. For the majority of Us an economy seat is all that we can afford but due to Emirates great reputation and first class service travellers are sure to enjoy flying with Emirates from Birmingham airport. Emirates started their daily flights from Birmingham back in December 2000, with the second daily flight launched back in 2005 this third edition shows great commitment from Emirates into the UK market. Birmingham Airport are very pleased that this new addition and I hope this is another building block in a strong relationship with Emirates Airlines. Emirate also offer a range of other flights out of UK airports such as Heathrow Airport, Newcastle Airport and Manchester Airport.
